The two in the back are Jenn and Mae, twins who were tutored, one by Eva, and the other by Brianna.

The one in the cool-looking coat is their boss, Marie. She looks a bit mature for her age, but she's only about 13 or 14.

The one in front is Ayra, who has a crush on Ryan and seems to dress in strange ways.

Oh, and Marie's power ( which is shown in a mini-comic that I'm too lazy to upload) is some kind of burn to ashes power.
