Aghah! I'm having so much trouble keeping up with notifications- I'm SO sorry ;u;Ugh, I nearly gave up on this painting so many times lol. I noticed (finally) that I'm not finishing WIP's when I've moved on to something else. This was my attempt to break that habit ;w; I may have lost too much of my goth element, but oh well XD. I was trying to make some of those 'fluffy' feathers in the background.. Speaking of backgrounds- I need to try making a less vivid one! It's mostly me trying to conserve white paint hahaa.. Yeeesh, this took up so much time. Mostly because I kept changing and repainting things. This is acrylics ;u;
I'm poor XD, so I plan to sell it. I don't know what price. I still have to varnish it after it cures. I brought the piece outside to take a pic with my cell phone! It's still a bad pic- but much better than basement lighting! XD

Omg that's SO great to hear! ;u; I had a hard time with the background and lots of other aspects of this piece so that so encouraging. ^u^ And it's pretty big, I dunno exactly but when I can I'll measure it- so yeah, I was spreading lots of paint and coats on a pretty large area! Omg yes!~ And I'm not fast or skilled enough for that lolol! Until I learn to mix colors and match them (acrylic paint dries darker) I used a few colors that I didn't change much from what was in the tubes. ;w; That helped. The background color was just phthalo blue, then I started mixing some white near the top. That's one of the reasons why the bg is so saturated XD Β I'll keep trying ;u; Β I have some water mixable oils that I'm using right now too- so I have lots of time to blend. The drawback is that I'm still waiting for the first coat to dry from a few days ago haha. But to counter that, I'm trying to have a few paintings that I'm working on at once ;w;Β

yes, can't imagine how you do that, once i tried acryllics but they were too hard for me because of that
as lomg as you keep striving foward with that passion you'll have mastered it in no time
yesterday i was so lazy....couldn't sleep at night and by the day was feeling really slow and tired
so today i could sleep and feel much better `( o w o)

It's magnificent wow it's been a while I have been seeing pieces of this beauty around your page so good for a price you should start around 80/90β¬ it's worth it even if you don't sell it right away get your money's worth it's really good I am just saying this as a beginner price if you were thinking more it's also totally worth it^^

I have to say - this by FAR is one of the best pictures I've seen on dA, and one of my top favorites EVER. The amount of time and effort put into this, and the amount of passion poured into this - makes this picture so remarkably beautiful that I just am like fangirling all over the place. XD I LOVE YOUR ART <33333 And this is by far the BEST picture I've ever seen from you, hands down. No lie. I don't EVER want you to say your work is not good enough, because it IS!!! If I could afford to buy it Β from you, I would. And I'll be honest - I'm kinda picky with what I want to buy from artists!
