Description
For some reason recently I have been very interested in the backstory of my mentor character of Huang. Most of his stories take place during the Warlord Period of Zhongese History, the time proceeding the collapse of the first Republic, and extends into the Zhongese Reunification period. Made a lot of great stories for him, but considering me it will probably take an eternity to get to the point I can actually talk about them XPThis is also the most shading I have done on a piece, I like it, however, in future more can be done with contrast.
P.S> Huang is not in the army during this time period, his stories mainly revolve around him in a small bandit group in the midwestern Zhongese area, just to clarify cuz I know what the uniforms and armies were during that time.

I would recommend looking into 20th century Chinese history because it is very much like a fantasy epic but in a modern setting!

Yeah, he doesn't look particularly *ahem* "biologically intact" there. Now you've got me interested on who did him in, and why...
You really have a knack for "regular" shading—if I were to do this, I'd just do random squiggles for shading and it likely wouldn't look nearly as good.
"But considering me it will probably take an eternity to get to the point I can actually talk about them." At least AFAIK you have something coherent of a timeline instead of— hol on... this. (If you do have a "this", wish you luck on figuring it out.)
