The process of generate it is quite complex to write.
If you found the symmetry and angles of the shapes(pentagons,hexagons,triangles) not hard to reach.
You must very accurate to fit all shapes.
No gauge by sight.
Only Numbers, Angles, Degrees
After all: remove doubles - extrude.
