You guys get it right? Brindle -> bRINdle? Well, Rin's pony is called Brindle, or Rin for short. She was taken in by Ponymaru after she found him injured in the forest near her village. Because of her (thus far) short life and having been neglected since she was orphaned, the ponies she lived with ran her down with heavy chore duty. Her horn had never wielded magic and Ponymaru saw the potential she had for it long after she started traveling with him, Au-Un, and Jaken.Ponymaru eventually starts tutoring Rin on how to use magic and demonstrates on Jaken. Au-Un, a rare double-headed dragon, protects Rin when Ponymaru wanders away alone. Au-Un and Rin have a special relationship in the anime and in the ponyverse. Rin may not be a pegasus, but the dragon doesn't mind giving her the joys of flight his way.
I based Rin's coloring on Bubbles a little bit.
