phEWww, this was an adventure to bring to life!! Drawing this made me realise how slow I actually am at making a kinda complex experimental piece, although I was busy, this took me like 30 days on and off and I was hating how it looked and procrastinating half the time, oof it's actually embarrassing.. however tonight I managed to finally tie all the loose strings together and complete it. Overall I'm very proud at how I've progressed with painting, and I actually almost like the result more than lined artwork now!.. however I also think a few of my weaker points are brought out in this artwork. Drawing this made me realise how I use such saturated colours, and in the early stages of this the rainbow and butterflies looked veryy 'tacky'. And the composition isn't well thought out, but you can probably tell already.

So kinda good-kinda mixed feelings!

I overall love TOP's first album, it sums up some of my random daily thought processes about life into something that makes sense. This was originally planned to be a tad venty, but it doesn't feel like that anymore to me aand was rather liberating to make and see completed.
