Dib's hair looks like it'll be a pain. If you're using your own hair you can probably just use a copious amount of hair gel, or if you're going for something more cartoony like this then it may be easier for you.

My hair actually is a lot like Wik's wig(Just a bit longer). I just need some washable black hair dye and alooooot of gel... that's all....

I cut several different pieces of cardboard and fit them together in the shape of Zim's head and then did all the rest of the details.
