Whew! So, a while ago I was feeling like my style was unoriginal and that it just didn't stand out at all, so, as an experimental exercise I decided to sketch my sona in various friends' and artists' styles over the course of a few months. And here you have the result!Β I tried my best to match the artist's individual styles to the best of my abilities, so I apologize if I completely butchered your style. XP And yes, references were used (no duh). I found this to be incredibly useful and insightful, and I would highly recommend giving this a shot yourself for learning purposes. And I've learned that my own style isn't half as bad as I thought it was.

Eh, if they don't wanna do all of them, they can cut out the stuff they don't wanna do, or add some of their own. XD
I'd be curious to know what you learned from doing all these? And wondering if it has affected how you see or approach your own style?

I guess it mostly just helped me be able to look at things differently and to see how something is "put together" if that makes any sense, and it makes me appreciate my style a little more.

It's amazing to see all the differences in different artists' styles. It's makes for good practice, just be sure to always give credit.
