Description This is a wave right before it breaks to splash onto the beach and then be sucked back in for others to follow in the endless cycle of umm waves, lol

Nice camera. Cool shot. Those take some patience. Overall very cool and I really like how the photo is layered in thirds with the calmer water, the wave, and the wet sand!

Learned that one from a photography forum - I try to almost always go for the thirds effect. Thanks for commenting!

Your welcome! Yeah the rule of thirds is pretty common for photography. But it always adds to the photo. Nice work.

I used the feature that my camera has that lets me turn it so that the LCD is facing up to me and the lens is facing straight ahead allowing the camera to be an inch from the ground thus allowing for this picture without making me get dirty with sand and other crud spewed from Lake Erie, lol

i saw the gallery preview pic & thought it was ice.. & the bigger preview looks like plastic bags...O_O;
but the real size looks like water...of couse it's water..lol
great shot...& your camera didn't get wet? (i know it didn't. i was just kidding lol)
