I do not find it strange that this pic is a earlier featured daily deviation... it's simply great: a simply stunningly great picture on what a grotesque and ugly thing shame is; grey, disformed and distorted, covering it's face. Ashen storm clouds make for good background, seeing that it seems like it's both rain and thunder striking your heart when you feel ashamed of something. A hammer would also be a good symbol to use.
I like that you've paid such extensive attention to details and dimension, giving the picture technical quality as well as making it seem more alive. You have also managed to adopt your own sense of symbolism; the way you've decided to visually describe "shame", and it is always refreshing to see new artistic innovative and creative symbolism.
All in all a great picture well deserving of what praise it's recieved hitherto. Keep up the good work!
