I'm not entirely sure who she is... but I'm pretty sure she burns down villages for fun.Actually took some time on this one. I'm getting happier with my painting style in Photoshop, but REALLY need to loosen up. Blarg.
Glowy-eye idea courtesy of [link] . The tutorial popped up on the front page, and I decided that she really, really needed glowy red eyes.
