You cannot "Have" it, but your free to use it and edit it as long as you give credit. just don't claim as your own.
My progress on wario is i have 2.5 sets of sprites done, and its on hold until i get permission from starpower. my progress on toadette is i have 6/97 sprites done, i just started basically.
