This cute little custom has a fully sculpted mermaids tail that is sculpted with Apoxie Sculpt, painted with acrylics paints and metallic shimmer paints then decorated with tiny bubbles and lots of swarovski crystals.Jewel has been rooted with nylon hair that has been pinned into tiny twists and then decorated with more swarovski crystals.
