Kiyomi the Koi mermaid.Absolutely my favourite merpony that i have ever made, I was a little sad to see her go to a new home so I may have to make a white version for myself!
She was rehaired with nylon hair in the colour black magick, part of her hair was twisted up into a bun and the rest was given a loose curl and decorated with little white flowers and swarovski gems.
Her tail is my first fully sculpted tail with sculpted fins ( I normally use fantasy film fins) and I could not be happier with how it turned out!

how did you get the tail fins to set in that position? iv tried this before and it was a giant flop ...literally haha

I used wire mesh as a base for them and sculpted over it, kept them nice and unfloppy!
