Another merpony! Based on a character from Tolkeins the silmarillion. Her fins are made with wire and clear resin. Tail is sculpted with apoxie sculpt and painted with metlic acrylic paints.Hair is super long nylon that was twisted up and held with decorative pins and then curled too.
