Cecily is smaller in build, but more nimble and lithe than her older brother, Larkin. She, and her twin sister Elizabeth have the perfect frames to be an assassin. Her father, Jacob always seems to remind them that one day they'll be as great as he and his own twin, their aunt Evie. Cecily has a pale complexion with no freckles, unlike her two siblings who do. She has dark hair, and brown/amber eyes. Cecily's dark hair is always half down, and half up to add less confusion between herself and Elizabeth.

Typical Clothing:
Cecily wears a dark coat which Jacob had tailored to perfectly fit the twin sisters. Pockets are on the inside for quick access to items that they may need during the assassination missions they uphold. Their hoods are detachable and usually lay tucked on the inside of the thick coat. Underneath, the twins both wear green corset's possibly to symbolize the Rooks, but the twins just like the color itself. The twins also both wear dark pants, with three brown belts. Two of which go across their mid-section, and the other one hangs loosely on the side. They both also wear black gloves on both hands. The twins wear tall, brown boots that lace up and form a bow at the top. As a gift for when they turned 16, Jacob and Thea got the twins matching green and silver necklaces, both adorned with the Assassin's insignia. Elizabeth and Cecily are always seen wearing them.

Inside of her coat Cecily keeps first aid equipment, medicine, a pistol, and hallucination darts. Tucked away in her boots are where she keeps throwing knives. Her assassin's gauntlet is traditionally on her left hand. Is knowledgeable in fighting with the Kukri, and with the traditional cane-sword.

Unlike her siblings, Cecily is more upbeat, and very outgoing. She's always trying to get her twin sister to laugh at the corny jokes that she spews out, and has a set goal to get her older brother, Larkin to fall for a joke too. Despite all of this, Cecily has a more serious and well concentrated mind-set when it comes down to it. Herself, and Cecily have both been known to work quiet well together during missions and come back from them highly successful. With Elizabeth's use of fear tactics, it leaves Cecily to sweep down and clear the frightened enemies that were left.

Soon after Larkin was born, Thea found out she was pregnant again. This time however, the realization came after she got injured on a mission, and upon inspection the doctor pronounced that she was indeed pregnant. Jacob couldn't be happier as always, mainly so that his son wouldn't grow up by himself, despite Larkin only being two years old at the time. Thea relaxed more during this time period, with both her and Jacob settling down in a lodgings within the Whitechapel district. Jacob took on more apprentices during this time, as well as initiates, all while balancing the Brotherhood with the Rooks in London. Jack, one of Jacob's apprentices and their "adopted son", was distancing himself from the family more so than ever after Jack found out that Thea was pregnant again.

When it was time for Thea to give birth, they were settled in their lodgings in Whitechapel, surrounded by her sisters and Jacob. Thea gave birth to a healthy newborn girl, in which the nurse took away to clean up. However, shortly after she gave birth to her first girl, she felt the contractions happening again. "She's having twins!" Jacob cried out, nearly fainting in the process. Emberlyn, one of Thea's sisters, handed a young Larkin off to Jacob, and instructed him to the other room until he felt and looked better than his current state. Four minutes after their daughter's birth, another girl was brought into the world. The doctor, and nurses cleaned up the twin girls, and with Larkin now being held up by Lucille, went to hand off the newborns to their mother. Jacob finally returned, the sheet like color to his face now replenished with his normal, cheery look. "Elizabeth." Was all Thea could whisper at first, looking at the first born girl. Jacob sat next to Thea on the bed, careful more than ever, especially with Thea's sisters practically killing him with their gaze. "Elizabeth Emberlyn Frye." A smile seemed to light up on the elder sister's face. "If that's alright with you Em?" She simply nodded, "Of course Thea, it would be nothing more than an honor." Jacob turned his gaze to the younger daughter, her hands meekly grasping at the chilling autumn air. "Cecily...after my mother. I never got a chance to know her, considering she died after Evie and I were born...but her name was always so beautiful." Jacob stated quietly, "Cecily...Cecily Lucille Frye. It has a nice ring to it, eh Jacob?" He could do nothing more than laugh at this, kissing Thea's forehead. "Lucille you don't mind that Cecily will bear your name for her middle?" Lucille smiled warmly back to her youngest sister, "Of course I don't mind. As Emberlyn stated, it would be an honor."

Years had passed, and the two twins seemed nearly inseparable, each one developing their own traits and habits. The only hard distinction between the two was their looks. Thea was hesitant on sending their four year old son so far away from London, but Jacob promised that he would be with him the entire time, ensuring Larkin's safety above his own. Years had passed after Jacob, Larkin, and Jack had left to India, and upon their return chaos had begun to ensue within Whitechapel. Elizabeth and Cecily were both highly trained by Emberlyn, Lucille, and Thea respectively, and upon Larkin and Jacob's return, began to be taught in the ways of fear tactics. Elizabeth took upon this style of combat more so than her twin sister, Cecily, who preferred the traditional assassin style of fighting. At the age of 16, both Cecily and Elizabeth were officially recognized as novice assassins, and were inducted properly into the Brotherhood and Creed. During this same time frame, the Rooks had fallen to Jack, and had become influenced by his new vision of the Creed.
