Description
This was the last drawing for 2018. This is a companion piece to this drawing :Β fav.me/dcb3jge that was drawn in May 2018. I drew that old piece because I felt like I was drowning with what happened to my Dad. I mean 2018 was a really rough year, but despite it all, I'm still here breathing. Somehow I managed to stay afloat and this year I'm going to learn to swim.Related content

This is a lovely piece! The water and lighting look great. There's interesting symbolism behind the first one but this also has that "floating" vibe that you've mentioned, so it feels like a resolution in a sense.Β
