THE TEARS ARE SO FLUORESCENT I LOVE THEM.
Like really, they caught my eye immediately. I like how you made it look like dripping watercolors, too, I'm not quite sure how to explain it but its a bit like breaking the fourth wall... the character is crying and the picture itself is kinda crying, too. Looks rad!

The tears are very luminescent. I like that you concentrated all the color around the eyes while keeping the rest of the piece muted. Her face glows.

Yeah, I didn't add any shading to her skin, because I wanted the focus to be mainly on the blue.
