Description
Ended up practicing a fair few expressions recently so, naturally, I tried them on the mane 6....These are all pencil sketches which I have later quickly coloured digitally.
No happy emotions here, unfortunately.
Let's get started anyway, we'll go alphabetically: 1st up is Applejack.

Seeing this picture reminded me of a scene in a certain fanfic.
This is the part where Applejack stands outnumbered (and unknowingly so) against Vigil and his changelings, her secret exposed on an open platter with new facts to digest, when Rainbow comes dashing in from behind her, panic written all over Applejack's face, as she turns to catch the eyes of her cyan friend, dreading the secret might see the light of day.
At least that's my interpretation of the scene.
Brilliant fanfic, by the way. I've been hooked ever since chapter one of the first story. Mister Friendly must have a wonderful muse. That or he is using some crack, which strangely makes me addictive instead.
And of course a matchingly (is that a word) brilliant sketch, that depicts my imagination quite accurately. Though some parts of my brain creeps up images of her expression even more so full of emotion if it were possible.

Yeah, 'matchingly' does make sense as a word, although it's meaning quite obscure, I've never come across it before but I think you used it in the correct context. XD
What's the title of this fan-fic anyway? It sounds right up my street. :3
