Description
Some more practice using vectors. I kept the composition simple to focus more on the rendering process. Learning a lot and speeding up I guess.Vectorising is a funny process, I can't do any meaningful sketching in vector form and have to be quite clear about the whole layout before starting.
Mathematical! XD

Your ponies are so pretty. I think they are amongst the most beautiful on dA, you really have your own style & distinguish yourself on a subject that many do. This one, the colors & the dots on her mane, it is 'magical' really.

She looks so pretty, I'm very new at using a vector program and its kinda tough lol
any tips on how to improve a bit?

Thank'ya kindly Visious, ^.^ I'm very new to vectors too (and also finding it tough ) but I find that it helps to have a good sketch before moving to inkscape / illustrator and keep everthing as simple as possible if you're lazy like me :3 .
fav.me/d8faa83 <- This is amazing, you definately can make some great vector shapes!
I don't see you using any gradients though. I think smooth, seamless, gradients are an amazing feature of vector artwork and -- if anything -- I would suggest you try to play around with them a bit for colouring or shading. This looks like a great tutorial for it (see from step 5): design.tutsplus.com/tutorials/…
Looking forward to seeing more from ya'! :3

Yep, I always have a sketch, lol, can't live without it
Thanks a lot
and yea my first vector was shaded exclusively with gradients
--> fav.me/d8er4w7
and this one wasn't except for the eye lol
and now that i seem to get how to do both I can combine them in my next one
And I wish you luck in your future vectoring endeavors as well
