You do know that this move is only a Mugen edit, don't you?
Mostly because Dioe NEVER WRYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYs while on the stemroller, it only happens when he's Shadow Dio and doing his Charisma move...

Well, I never played Mugan, I just know about the Mugen edit, cause some people desperately seek this move in the actual JoJo's Bizarre Adventure fighting game
Although in the original game, Dio just laughs while doing the steamroller move, and only does his WRYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY when doing his "Charisma" move as Shadow Dio ^^
