Yeah that one is fat, and you are right. But this was taken at a regular corgi meetup, so at least that corgi's owners are making the effort to get him out for exercise. I can't really judge, because I don't know the story. For all I know, he had just been adopted fat and his new owners were having to get his weight down. Who knows?

A corgi meetup is when many corgi owners bring their corgis together in a dog-friendly place such as a dog park. We socialize, and our dogs run and play.
