At first, I thought Ciel was Lelouch from Code Geass (I've had that on the brain lately) until I saw the blue eye.

I painted this in Photoshop using the normal round brush tool and setted the opacity to 20%. Also, I only used 2 layers (One for the background and other for the characters). That's all actually.
