Overall, very nice! The proportions are very well, exept for the girl's arms. They seem a bit too noodle-ish.
The sly expression the the grey wolf is very well done!
Something about the girl's face is a bit off, I cant really describe it...
I think the shading is a BIT overdone, and it just makes it look like you can't see some parts, like the grey wolf's hand.
The shine on the guns is a bit unessesarry, but not too distracting, especially since the shading is so dark on the figures.
The way the girl is gripping the gun is a bit off, but passable!
