This one is for a layout competition on Howrse!
As you all will guess I'm trying to earn some passes by doing art! (i don't have the means to buy my own passes yet)
I didn't take too much time with the details,but did a pretty good job on the lighting and the background!
PS: Pretty rare for me to upload multiple manips together! (that's a first for me)

I actually think it works really well without it. It's easy to exaggerate the blur as our eyes do it for us anyway, this is just perfect as it is
