There are several gray haired characters from Final Fantasy, but I can't put my finger on which one yours reminds me of.

Love the sharp edges and rough texture-feel of this painting. His face especially is gorgeous
One thing however that caught my attention was the unnatural musculature round the elbow on his right arm
