Chris Lightfellow, one of the heroes of Suikoden III. I just finished reading the manga, so I had her on my mind.
Highly recommended work from Aki Shimazu, by the way. I think, after drawing all those folds, that I like her knight outfit better...

Yep! I have played them all (except II, because unfortunately it's very expensive and hard to find these days) and III continues to be my favorite. ^^
