I wanted her to have an androgynous face, (I don't know if I have succeed! ) black slanted eyes and thicker eyebrow! features that I don't usually draw! but the aim of this drawing was also the background, which I need to practice!

Woah, awesome work with the background! I love the perspective thing you have going on with the floor tiles.
And personally I think yes you did manage to draw her with an androgynous face, but then again I usually judge by whether or not someone has boobs so … uh … I'm probably not the most reliable source.

No problem at all! Personally I find backgrounds a pain >.< It's good that you're practising them (I should too aha).
Art is usually so open to androgynous characters that I'm completely attuned to looking straight at the chest and judging by boobs or no boobs. XD And I find it a little surprising when people in the 'real world' can't tell. It's so much more subtle with us artists.
I have to say with the character here though I could in general tell she was female, although she has a flat chest. But definitely an androgynous style.

that's what I thought... she's a bit androgynous but you can tell it's a girl! 
for example sta.sh/015tqofnd9l9 (unfinished) don't know if it's because I let her body be seen and she seems to have make up, but the androgynous style is gone! >_<
