As for those idea's, here's a few...
Sasuke uses the sexy jutsu to try and seduce Itachi but fails...hard. Itachi then uses the sexy jutsu himself and says 'Foolish little sister, you lack boobs' and points out Sasuke's lacking in the chest department.
Genin Sasuke and Genin Sakura meet Older Sasuke (from when he defected to Orochimaru) and Genin Sasuke asks 'Why are you dressed like a stripper?' and Genin Sakura comments 'I don't mind~' and older Sasuke gives a wtf face.
