This illustration finally finished, I was deeply moved (with time like a hell). do you like candy? This illustration was inspired from "jack in the box", and make it look a little fun with candies scattered like a candy rain. Although I don't like to receive gifts like a "jack in the box", just shocking. a little frustrated with the color, but I think this is fine.
btw, finally, I can say "kawaii" on my own artwork.
My drawing tools:
Snowman Drawing Pen 0.1 and 0.2; Snowman Markers (24 Colors); Faber Castel Classic Colour Pencils (12 Color); Staeadtler
Luna Permanent (24 Colors) and more colored pencils non aquarelle (just forget, and one of them not produced anymore); Lyra Eraser for make the color effect.

So much details
It's hard to find all little things in this masterpiece, so it must be hell to draw all of those. Seriously i can't remember seeing so much flounces in one picture. And all those patterns toys, candies!!! It's so much for my eyes to feast on.
But something gives me feelings that story shown in this picture isn't really as happy as it seems to be.

I love all it details. and the hardest is to construct all that candy into a "jack in the box"! many references are needed for drawing and coloring all that candy.
and ... hey ~ you have a great view, about the background story of this work. Most who saw this work, only praise it.
yeah, this is not a picture that shows happiness. but, this image shows happiness is a mask that hides a darkness truth. depiction of it like the people who certainly has a dark side in his heart, but it always looks good outside. Two paintings behind, is the same person. I describe it as two sides of a coin. Good-bad, light-darkness, joys and sorrows. Like a real human being that has two sides of it.
I am looking for a reference about a jack in the box, and its history is not known with certainty, most of the story was instead grim and horrible.
I didn't write this before (actually, I don't always write the true story most of my artwork), but you realize ^^

masa sih??? aku juga suka gitu kok. kemarin ada yang bikin polling soal ini juga beberapa. gak tahu kesimpulannya nge-bug atau apa. sekarang semua watcher aku monitoring. ternyata ada yang ngewatch, tapi unwatch beberapa hari kemudian (ini maksudnya apa?).

oh, iya sih ya soal layer.
capek?? gak tahu sih hahaha, ini buat selingan selain menggambar. aku gak bisa terus2an di depan meja megang pensil, cepet bosen soalnya. juga buat improve bahasa inggrisku yang ancur juga bwahaha, aduh malu bahasa inggrisku gak lebih baik dari anak-anak yang lebih muda.

aku komen singkat2 gitu sama orang yang belum kenal.

iya, itu bahasa gaulnya orang inggris baru banyak ngerti sekarang. lebih enak formalnya.
Siapa bilang bahasa indonesia gampang kalau menyangkut EYD Q^Q???? soalnya bahasa indonesia terlalu fleksibel dan mudah menyerap bahasa asing, patokannya juga gak pakem hehehe. tapi bahasa percakapannya lebih mudah (kata2nya dibalik2 artinya sama hahaha)
