Description This is how I'm feeling this weekend. It's been ages since I did one of these - and drawing it actually didn't help - it made it worse. In trying to capture how I felt, I made myself cross eyes and more dizzy

I can't begin to understand how he gets the amazing 3D effects. Mine are flat in comparison, but he has inspired me greatly.

beautiful! Hey.. I didn't realize you were working with ink too Do you dip your pen, or do you have one of those ink capsules inside? I just bought my first ink nib pen the other day. Have been trying it out past few days. I quite like it! Love the thin small lines. Gorgeous.
I hadn't seen this piece yet. Didn't see you trying Konahins too. He's quite the magician with his 3D effect, that's for sure. I keep on trying too. Not there yet though , not in a million years But what i do see from intently staring at his pieces, is that it has to do with shadows and shading. Yu check it out, everything that's on the top, he used shading under it. Sometimes very subtle, but it's there. All through the piece. Every now and then I go take a look and fill my eyes with his magic. He's a true master, Konahins is.

no I just use felt tipped pens ... which is probably part of my problem. They aren't fine enough.
