Here's some more info about this one. This is from the game World of Warcraft. What I do is I take screenshots of backgrounds and models and work my magic in gimp to produce these. You can check out all the software and programs I use if you scroll down on my profile. I list everything there

Well Gimp is basically used to put the screenshots of the background and the model together. All of the lighting and special effects are all done in Gimp. That's basically how I make these

Only suggestion I have to make it better- have a few streams of fire/smoke trailing off of the underside of his wings/underbelly. As it is now, it looks a bit flat. That would add a nice little bit of dimension to it. Nothing to overdone. Just a couple streams for that depth.

Yeah, I was a mid-core raider from BC to the start of Cata. And the hardcore players just act so serious all the time. I mean, come on. It's a game! And it turns out the server I transferred to consisted of just those people, so I basically couldn't raid because I wasn't specced properly, chose wrong profs, non-stellar enchantments. But what I was good at was the fights. Barely made any mistakes and I knew what to look out for and what fires to stand out of. I think that's why when I was raiding, people liked me because I just wasn't playing stupidly... or something like that xD

I used to play as a pvp frost tauren dk. But i got bored of it and made a tank tauren. Luckily i'm on a rp server, so not many serious players take part. Still get the few serious ones but it's so funny when they rage before they're kicked haha
