Wings take forever to draw, I drew a wolf with wings the other day and it took longer then I thought it would normally take.

I think I'd be fine with them if I were more used to drawing wings.. I usually avoid drawing them though because they are such a pain (because I'm not used to drawing them) .... vicious cycle

Yeah, I know the feeling. I can do feathered wings okay but dragon wings..... Dragon wings look like a four year old was like "Hey, look at this! I'm gonna draw wings on it!" xD
