This is based off a roleplay between myself and a friend, Pianette. Shortly after healing from his confrontation with the ShadowClan leader, Spindlestar, Wildtide was intrigued when Finstar allowed WindClan sanctuary due to a stampede in their camp. He grew close to the stuttering beauty named Egretswan (the silver bengal). She taught him that his scars and partial blindness didn't make him any less a warrior, and he assured her that her stuttering didn't make her any less of one either. They helped each other overcome their struggle, and in the process, the two fell in love. Their relationship ended the night Egretswan didn't show up after the two agreed that she should join RiverClan as a warrior, since Wildtide had been named deputy. Little did the tom know that Egretswan was being pressed to stay, and offered the deputy position in WindClan herself as ThunderClan increasingly became a threat on their borders. Though their relationship was ended, the spark was still there, and moons and moons later, they would attempt to rekindle that relationship, even though it may cost them everything to their clans..

Their relationship will unfold later on in the FHU Roleplay, Gilded Tides!
