Description Eeek, I'm sorry this is so late. It's like.. over a week late?

For ~cyen at the #zelda-exchange One of the requests was one of the new Skyward Sword characters (Ghirahim and Phi, thanks to E3) and I kinda wanted to draw them both in the same picture.

I... I hope this is good enough. I'm not nearly as skilled as a lot of the artists at the ZExchange, but I really did try, and had fun.

You've clearly worked hard on this
I have no idea who these people are (I avoid promos and hype articles since I'm so impatient xD and it's not like I'm not going to be buying the game anyway) but, purely on looks, I like.

I get intimidated by the mad-skeellz people too

Thank you~ Yeah, i don't know too much about them yet other than it's the main villain and companion of the new Zelda coming out in Novemberish.

I love all of the details you added that went into this, along with the coloring detail (and the color itself). I also like the style. Certainly unique, I would say.

At least you tried and had fun, if you do not believe you did better than the others.

Thank you ^^ This style is usually a lot more difficult than what I usually do, but looks nicer in the end. So it's good to know that I did well

You are quite welcome. I was looking through your gallery, and I saw different styles you used. I wish I could color like that, but I do not have those programs necessary. I normally use colored pencils or paint, rarely anything digital.

Is this style for "coloring" or "sketching" [, just curious...]?

Well, one of my programs, Paint Tool SAI, can be downloaded from somewhere. I forget where. There are plenty of other programs that can mimic Photoshop, as well. I personally used The GIMP before PS.

This is generally just coloring, I started out with a sketch and then digitally painted over it to eliminate the need for lines.

I have none of those programs, unfortunately. I do have one that takes up much less space and does not effect the computer's performance. That is what I use for getting backgrounds colored.
