You`re obviously skilled in photoshop but I`m wondering if maybe you are just trying to either do too much in this picture or if you don`t really have an actual theme or idea behind it.
Maybe you do, I wish I`m not offending you, but I`m trying to offer helpful criticim here.
I looked at your gallery for about half an hour to pick which picture I should critique and I tried to decipher this picture for an additional 10 minutes and have come up a bit confused. I may be a bit more artistically impaired though.
I feel as if there`s a lot going on in this picture, yes, it`s very distracting and colorful, there must be a great concept behind it but what`s the theme or central part of the picture? I feel as if the girl is too invisible to be the actual center of the picture. I don`t know if maybe it`s a little play on a good old classic rock song we all know as Stairway to heaven? But then would the city not be green and instead be some kind of wasteland to emphasize the difference between heaven and hell. Or why is the city in the cavern? Is it a jab at current social environment?
I feel like maybe the picture would be better without the green. The girl put into more evidence and maybe fading away more halfway through her body. The stairway could be broken where the waterfall drops off of it. How it looks now is just like the stairway is intact but somehow the water bounces off the first few stairs then phases through the rest straight down.
Or maybe this could of all been solved with a bit of context in the info paragraph.
It`s very nice and all, you are good at photo shopping and I hope you can improve and make some really great work. Anyways once again, I`m not saying any of this to be mean or hate, I`m trying to help you out

To be honest, I FELT like there was too much going on here. And as for the title, I didn't spend enough time looking at that. I was more trying to show the passage of time(a city that's grown over, a staircase that has dissolved into ruins, etc.) I appreciate your comment though and I'm going to use your advice in the future.

This is a beautiful. I especially love the waterfall cascading down the steps and the grass city is a great idea
