I'm kind of surprised no one suspected it to be Pinkie. I mean, it makes sense. :/Β
What with her 4th wall breaking abilities, the pink coat to this particular pony, and
the fact that even in the show's canon, she was able to disguise herself as Fluttershy.
Just because of the mask, everyone's suspecting she's Luna?? Or Fleur? Fluer has aΒ
much lighter tint, and it's not Cadence because she's a darker color. But who knows,Β

I think that it's Chrysalis, her shapeshifting gone wonky through some conflict with Queen Twilight. The hood seems to be quite protruded at the top, more so than a normal unicorn horn...

I have a couple of theories on this:
1. Upon thinking about it for a while, I realized that the mismatch of colors could be for a good reason. I came to the conclusion of 'Maybe its Chrysalis stuck in a mismatch of forms, and trying to fight Twilight's oppression for two reasons: Twilight caused her kingdom to truly fall and made her stuck between forms, and because she wants to take over instead.
2. Upon closer inspection, I realized the hooves actually do match more in the white color, and the blue face could easily be a mask. So going by that idea, we know its a white pony (Likely a Unicorn) that has appeared in more than one episode. My main theory: Its Rarity.
By the way, I love thes pics! I'm normally opposed to Grim-Dark, but this was too great an idea! I have decided to write a fanfiction (If that's OK with you only, of course.), based off of the pics you have released. Though my ideas are surely to contradict yours, as I have been thinking about ways that characters not yet put in here could fit into it.

I'm thinking she comes from the outside force, she however is a good guy and wants to rewind time to make sure this future never happens but she does it in mysteries ways, only comes out to play to manipulate something then she will leave, ponies are aware of her, but no one knows who's side she's on, or what's she's up to.

What if she's taking orders from the one being who would know best how the queen would react. Β None other than her former number one assistant Spike. Β Having grown to great proportions from the wanting of a past he can no longer have he seeks to try and reclaim some of what was lost by removing bringing ponies from his past and theirs closer together,

After a color check, it's definitely not Fleur. Fleur has a purple outline. Judging from Evil Twi, my guess is Luna+Celestia.
