No, it was cold, but dry. I took that picture in August 2006, so it is quite some time ago.

Hmm.. The reason I was wondering is because of some spots on the picture. Probably the lens was dirty then?

Well, it was one of the last shots after a couple of days in the dusty city of London, but actually I would have said the lens was clean.
The only thing disturbing the image are the giant lens-flares from the lights belos the bridge. These are somewhat minimised due to the HDR process, but left some marks in the sky.
