Well... since the 2012 series have already ended, I don't know how they can meet with the 2003 turtles. Maybe if there was another Turtles Forver movie though I doubt it.
True, no one really knows if any of the turtles are related or not, but I recently watched an episode of TMNT The Next Mutation where Venus de Milo was depicted and Leonardo said that he and his brothers were not blood-related. So, its kind of canon. Also, Splinter probably didn't bother to acknowledge their chronological order based on ages and instead appointed Leo as the eldest and leader since he was the most responsible of the bunch when they were young (maybe). I think Donnie should be 2nd eldest though, since he and Leo are pretty similar when it comes to responsibilities. Raph tends to seek out trouble most of the time so... and welp, then there's Mikey.

Nooope. It's why everyone's dreading 2018. There're many speculations on the new show and Nick says it's going to have the same designs like in Samurai Jack. Others think its going to be another Teen Titans Go disaster so.

Oh! Hahah well, the Nick turtles stumbled on another Kraang portal mishap which led them to the 2k3 TMNT's Dimension. They get stuck there for weeks since the Kraang doesn't exist (except for that one utrom guy called Krang) and the'yll have to go Dimension hopping again like in Turtles Forever to locate their own dimension. Er... I really can't say more because there will be a comic for this actually so hopefully, you can wait for it to know what happens during their stay xD
