Very cool concept. Nothing seems more regal than a Siberian Tiger with wings called a Dragon. It combines all the elements.
The clouds look great as well. The gold color also really supports the general theme.

Not really, some of my last couple of pictures have been more technically better, im not very keen on this one.

darker sky doesnt really work *tries it*, it just looks washed out. worth a try though
