i feel bad about taking so long on my work list, so i decided to release some of the items i made for general use.the rules are in the file, which you should be able to download by just clicking 'download' up there in the menu
god i hope this works like i think it will

There are two, one is stationary, one is animated. xD sorry, one should have 8 frames and afaik works, but if not i'll see if i can fix it!
