It's basically just multiple layers of the same body part wrapped around as the size increases. Β I can't really tell you much because this was 's work, but iv'e been trying to see if a can replicate it on other models.

I wan't convert the neo metal sonic from the sonic generations mod to an obj file. Β I'm sure SonicGLvl comes with an .model import script. for 3ds max.

No, not yet. Also when you download it, the scripts are in the folder named "export_scripts"
