Mythic warriors of the Dracofae.

It is so rare to even see a Yokai that they are considered myth to most. Some say their armor is from a time before the fall of the world. Some say they are linked with the Inheritors. They are Dracofae but do not live amongst Dracofae.

Ideation + Process:
Out of the other 2 Dracofae depictions of their "ways" (New Age, Old Way) I am most satisfied with this one! I'm sure most people can see it already, but my inspiration for Dracofae in general were Elites from the Halo franchise: nimble, sharp, and echoes of Asian style cultures. With the Yokai, I tried to also draw some inspiration from Kieth Thompson's and Mynki James' (Michael Brennan's) artwork with their character designs.
