It will take me a while to check that everything works perfectly in both character's techniques, meanwhile I'll leave here the sprites that I did exclusively for their respective hacks (besides that the originals ones of Taxman's port are very ugly).Feel free to use them, but don't claim them as yours.

I don't think Sega was going to spend money on a sprite artist just for an extra character, besides it would have taken too much time than they needed for the game's rerelease.

Actually, Sonic Mania 999% made up for that issue.

Much better. The only effort they did put in any of the sprites were the smoother wrecking ball and special stage ring.
