Lawful Good: BethBeth's whole character revolves around how much nicer she is in comparison to the rest of the cast. She goes out of her way to be a nice as humanly possible.
Neutral Good: Trent
Trent's a nice guy, especially to Gwen, but he doesn't always play by the rules and is willing to fix challenges in order to help Gwen.
Chaotic Good: Dawn
Dawn never does anything bad or mean throughout the show, but she always seems to be in her own little world of occult phenomena.
Lawful Neutral: Courtney
Courtney always follows the rules and insists that others do as well, and is willing to do literally anything to make sure they do.
True Neutral: Ezekiel
Ezekiel isn't the nicest guy nor the meanest guy. He follows the strict rules his farmer parents set upon him, until his sanity slippage turned him into a monster.
Chaotic Neutral: Izzy
Izzy's crazy. That's common knowledge. She doesn't really serve to help or hinder her team, she's mostly just there for the lulz.
Lawful Evil: Alejandro
Alejandro plays one of the best strategic games in the series. He's always bringing others down, but always does so with his chivalrous flair.
Neutral Evil: Justin
Justin is dead-set on winning TDA after his early boot in TDI, and he's willing to manipulate others to do so. He isn't completely heartless, however.
Chaotic Evil: Scott
Scott only joined the game so he could spread chaos and disorder. He doesn't have any real strategy other than mess with others as much as possible.

Gwen would be chaotic good. She tried to be good and she was victim of many bad things here. Mike would be the same because he usually made good things. His sins? That was Mal who made them, not Mike. True neutral would be Owen. Why? Lets say it together: he's just human. He made good things here and bad things in similiar ammount. Both as child in the past and in the show. Duncan would be chaotic neutral. Why? Well, despite he's some kind of hooligan he made some good things here and many times he player fair and don't forget he tried to stop Mal by telling Zoe the truth just in the same time like Alejandro since Mal's awekening. Lightning would be neutral evil. Why? He doesn't care too much about the others and he seems to be individualist. He made also some bad things like leaving somebody with troubles instead of trying to help someone. And guess who would be chaotic evil. Yes, its Mal! Just moments after awekening he was the one of most dangerous villains. He tried to use weaker villains like Scott as puppets and when they became useless, as the baits for death. Mal even tried to kill the others including Zoe, Mike's beloved lady. Zoe would be neutral good because only moments when she was bad were just when she fell down from cliff, her necklace with Mike's face was broken, began to cry and then for certain time became angry cruel lady whose goals were defeat all jerks and take the feast and their fear and suffer. DJ would be lawful good. If you considered his all deeds in most of episodes, I wouldn't have to tell why.

Heather's definitely not Lawful. If she were on the chart, she'd probably be Neutral Evil.

Beth doesn't seem to be a good fit from what I saw of TDA. Bridge seems a better match.
