I'm releasing what I have so far and letting the community take over from here. I will not be finishing this.
You hereby have my complete permission to make as many modifications as you like and release them. Just be sure you credit me somewhere. You do not have to PM me or contact me in any way - this is open-source.
As for it being unfinished, I really don't see much left to do to this since it's so minimal.

No disturbing elements, but the killer are the backround, the fonts (if you have the right ones) and that you can almost change everything using this style - it can`t look bad. Therefore you have with nearly every adjustment a clear design.
Nevertheless i miss a scrollbar, how can add one?

Wow this is soo intense...but i'm having a couple problems getting the miranda skin to work in the chat window and when i set the apply the skin it turns invisible instead of grey...how can i fix this?

The only other thing in the SS that I haven't released is foobar2000. Everything else is Windowblinds (released), and LS (released) which is the taskbar and popup.
