Do you know anything else? How do you feel about both of those programs having comparison based insight between both?

I've tried ArtRage, but haven't been able to get used to it so far, it's really different from Painter or Photoshop. And when it comes to these two, Painter's got these amazing brushes, blenders and mixers, while Photoshop is so much better for almost everything else, at least to me, like tweaking the image, color adjustment, it also has the precious Liquify filter.
Well, overall I prefer Photoshop but usually switch from it to Painter and back.
