I'm still thinking of a name for him, suggestions are helpful. He's a hack/virus thing. Originally the governments were developing him as a program to help[ trace hackers better, but before he was fully developed it just so happened that a hacker got his file and messed with it. The government abandoned the program because of this and the hacker took it on because the hacker thought it would help him be even harder to trace. Unfortunately the hacker was caught later that year and the program was left to do whatever. Now he hacks into things and tries to learn more about his abilities, so on and so forth.
Right now I'm thinking of calling him Alexander, but I'm not sure.

Hephaestus was the Greek God of technology. He was created by the other Gods to be the husband of Aphrodite, but she deemed him "too ugly for her standards" and booted him of Olympus. He is said to now live at the base of Olympus, creating weapons, machinery, and new technology to the other Olympians.
