I found out steve's height is 5'8" aka Two blocks high ((I'm taller than him by two inches *w*)) so 39 inches is 1 meter =100 cm 39 divided by 2 is 14.5 add 39 and you get 53.5 inches ((Cupa is tall as Gardevoir o_O)) but I'm still taller than cupa ((I'm at least 5'10" just to let you know)) so each block is 3 feet high.
