Its Minecraft and I'm using the Connectpack from ConnectCraft.de (:

This shot is a bit enhanced with the ingamemod "Shaders" and some edits with the Lighting and a bit HDR in Photoshop.

But you can also use bumpmaps ingame with a mod "GLSL Shaders"(i think) (:
